Seasonal Pest Service

Service Description

During the Seasonal Pest Service, the Technician will evaluate the needs of service for your property, where applicable. Following the initial inspection, a detailed plan will be set for ongoing treatment and monitoring. The service will repeat once every three months, and will be billed ($199) during each visit. Using innovative pest management strategies, our team will provide you with the best possible solution based on our professional experience. Note: The cost of this service is limited to (1) type of pest, for either interior or exterior. The cost may require adjustment if the surface area needing coverage is greater than 600 sqft, or if the requirement for use of chemical is greater than expected. This service does not include bed bugs, fleas, cockroaches, wildlife proofing, and is limited to sprays or chemical treatment; subject to change by our Pest Control Experts. The seasonal pest service has been bundled to provide cost effectiveness and pest-free satisfaction. Note, the cost of service is less than the traditional cost.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of service call is requested upon arrival of Technician, the minimum charge of $50CAD will be billed to the client.
