Service Description

During the Inspection, the Technician will evaluate the exterior and interior of the property, where applicable. A standard report would be produced, detailing the problem and our professional recommendations. Note: The cost of inspection, $95.00 CAD, is the minimum cost for any service call, billed on the first visit, and this amount gets adjusted to the total amount quoted, as per service, exclusive of HST.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of service call is requested upon arrival of Technician, the minimum charge of $50CAD will be billed to the client.
